Development Process

Our development process consists of four main stages, each corresponding to a letter in our Company’s name. GRIT is more than just a colorful word for hard work, it’s a mindset, a lifestyle and a resilient pursuit to get better every single day both personally and professionally. At each stage we focus on honing in and fine tuning a skillset pivotal to achieving higher levels of success. FAQ

  • The program is absolutely free to all the individuals who apply and are accepted in. It is a very competitive process with rigorous selection criteria, but once admitted there is no cost to you.

  • The program includes hands on experiences including internship opportunities. Our general philosophy is you get out of it what you put in, so with that comes a range of time commitments. Anywhere from 2-5 hours a week is an estimated range.

  • The program is largely tailored to what will help you succeed the most. Your experience might be more focused on an active internship through Grit or as specific as emotional intelligence development and interview preparation. We are here to level you up in the most applicable ways, while knowing those needs might change over time.

  • The simple answer is a leveled up version of yourself! The more tangible aspects include internships, training, coaching, interview prep, etc. however all those are just small components to the bigger objective of seeing you transformed to a higher performing individual.

We attract and help students and professionals fulfill dual purposes of growth and development both in their careers and lives. We seek the high achievers, out of the box thinkers and misfits who self seek to do more than their peers. This elite group knows they are different and are called to do extraordinary things, not just flow with the current. Profession Agnostic

A proven track record of assisting students and professionals in all different vocations including but not limited to Accountants, CPAs, Financiers, Wall Street Professionals, Consultants, etc.

Self Starters

We help with the heavy lifting but seek those who have the inherent desire to do more and achieve more. Motivation and drive have to come from within and we help accelerate their successes.

Long-Term Partners

Success doesn’t come overnight, it takes consistently showing up and putting in the work. We take a long-term approach and seek those with the patience and time to trust the process as it unfolds.
